Silver Sage Winery

Silver Sage Winery is indeed one of the touchstones of passion, commitment, and family heritage. Started by Anna and Victor Manola, whose roots in winemaking date back to Romania, this winery has been producing splendid wines for more than three decades. Victor brought the experience of managing a 25-hectare vineyard to the table, while Anna specializes in unique fruit wines-her father, after all, had been operating a vast 600-hectare vineyard. The couple’s dream to start their own winery became a reality in the Okanagan region. In 1996, they bought 25 acres near Oliver, BC, and went to work building it into the growing vineyard it is today.

Although the winery faced its sad challenge when Victor passed away in 2002, Anna and the family have continued to build into his legacy. They blend their rich Romanian heritage with new wine-making innovations to create wines traditional yet unique. From crisp whites to rich reds, through the signature fruit wines that set Silver Sage apart, each bottle tells a story of grit, passion, and quality.
